What is the free consultation?
The free consultation is just a little virtual "coffee date", we schedule over the phone, to get to know each other, make sure we are signing you up for the correct package for your needs, where we can talk through everything and all expectations we have of each other, and where I can answer any questions you may have!
What do you charge?
My pricing is based on the weekly tasks I complete for you and your business. So, depending on what you need, pricing is usually different for everybody!
What if I want a little bit of one package and a little of another one?
The "Create Your Own" package is made just for that! I would say most people lean towards the " Create Your Own" because usually someone needs particular tasks delegated, that don't fall into just one category. Need me to answer comments on Instagram, but you don't really have a lot of DM's or emails? Pinterest really overwhelms you and you aren't sure where to start and when to post? Let's combine those tasks into a package and go from there!
When and how do I pay you?
The short answer is: Payments are Monthly!
The long answer is: Consider me a Rental service or subscription of sorts! You pay at the beginning of the period (which would be the month), and you have me and the services we agreed on, for that month!
After a few months, what if I decide I don't want to have a VA anymore?
Once you have signed the contract, you are required to pay for the next 3 months. This is because, any changes that are being made to any social media platform, to potentially grow your business, will take longer to "settle" or :get going" than just a month (most likely). This 3 month time period allows for my client to really see the work and time that I am putting towards your business and to see the true outcome of all this. Also, A lot of social media analytics, that are used to track most of this progress, isn't updated but once a week or even monthly. After the 3 month time period is over and you still feel like we need to go our separate ways :(, then you are absolutely more than welcome to let me know and we can stop the payments and contract! I strive to be completely transparent in my business and with every one I come in contact with so I pray if there is every anything that is not 100%, that we will be able to work out anything we can to make everyone involved satisfied!
